du LSAW (JCOE)<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>La ligne de production Allland suit strictement le processus de formage JCOE, qui garantit une rondeur et une rectitude sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles. Les principales \u00e9tapes sont les suivantes :<\/p><ol><li><strong><b> Inspection des t\u00f4les (Inspection des t\u00f4les d'acier)<\/b><\/strong>Le processus commence par un contr\u00f4le ultrasonique rigoureux de la plaque d'acier brut pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de laminations internes, de fissures ou d'impuret\u00e9s avant le d\u00e9but de la production.<\/li><li><strong><b> Coupe (coupe et app\u00e2t)<\/b><\/strong>La plaque d'acier est d\u00e9coup\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 la longueur et \u00e0 la largeur requises en fonction du diam\u00e8tre et de la longueur du tuyau.<\/li><li><strong><b> Fraisage des ar\u00eates (ar\u00eates vives)<\/b><\/strong>Les bords de la plaque sont frais\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'une fraiseuse afin d'obtenir la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie (biseau) et la largeur correctes de la rainure de soudure, ce qui permet d'obtenir ult\u00e9rieurement un cordon de soudure parfait.<\/li><li><strong><b> Pr\u00e9-pliage<\/b><\/strong>Les deux bords de la plaque sont pr\u00e9-pli\u00e9s au rayon du tube. Cette \u00e9tape critique permet d'\u00e9viter les m\u00e9plats \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du cordon de soudure et de garantir une excellente circularit\u00e9.<\/li><li><strong><b> JCOE Forming (Formage)<\/b><\/strong>\u00c0 l'aide d'une presse massive (proc\u00e9d\u00e9 JCOE), la plaque est estamp\u00e9e s\u00e9quentiellement en forme de \u201cJ\u201d, puis de \u201cC\u201d et enfin de \u201cO\u201d. Cette \u00e9tape permet de former le tuyau ouvert.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudure par points (piq\u00fbre et pr\u00e9-soudure)<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau ouvert est ferm\u00e9 et soud\u00e9 par points \u00e0 l'aide d'un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage \u00e0 l'arc sous gaz m\u00e9tallique (GMAW) afin de maintenir le joint en place pour le processus de soudage principal.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudure interne<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau est achemin\u00e9 vers le poste de soudage o\u00f9 <strong><b>Soudage \u00e0 l'arc submerg\u00e9 (SAW)<\/b><\/strong>est effectu\u00e9e sur le <em><i>\u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur<\/i><\/em>\u00a0de la conduite \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me multifilaire pour une p\u00e9n\u00e9tration en profondeur.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudage externe<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau est tourn\u00e9 et la derni\u00e8re passe de soudage \u00e0 l'arc submerg\u00e9 est effectu\u00e9e sur le tube. <em><i>\u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur<\/i><\/em>, La soudure interne se superpose \u00e0 la soudure interne pour cr\u00e9er une liaison solide et unifi\u00e9e.<\/li><li><strong><b> Finition<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau soud\u00e9 est nettoy\u00e9 en surface et d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des scories afin d'\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour l'inspection et le dimensionnement.<\/li><li><strong><b> Lissage<\/b><\/strong>Le tube passe par une machine \u00e0 redresser pour corriger toute courbure caus\u00e9e par la contrainte thermique pendant le soudage, en assurant la conformit\u00e9 de la rectitude (par exemple, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/alllandpipes.com\/standards\/api-5l.html\"   title=\"API 5L\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1071\">API 5L<\/a> ).<\/li><li><strong><b> Inspection par ultrasons en ligne<\/b><\/strong>Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le automatis\u00e9 par ultrasons (AUT) scanne imm\u00e9diatement la totalit\u00e9 de la soudure pour d\u00e9tecter tout d\u00e9faut potentiel.<\/li><li><strong><b> Expansion m\u00e9canique (dilatation)<\/b><\/strong>Il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape caract\u00e9ristique des tubes LSAW de haute qualit\u00e9. m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles. Les principales \u00e9tapes sont les suivantes :<\/p><ol><li><strong><b> Inspection des t\u00f4les (Inspection des t\u00f4les d'acier)<\/b><\/strong>Le processus commence par un contr\u00f4le ultrasonique rigoureux de la plaque d'acier brut pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de laminations internes, de fissures ou d'impuret\u00e9s avant le d\u00e9but de la production.<\/li><li><strong><b> Coupe (coupe et app\u00e2t)<\/b><\/strong>La plaque d'acier est d\u00e9coup\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 la longueur et \u00e0 la largeur requises en fonction du diam\u00e8tre et de la longueur du tuyau.<\/li><li><strong><b> Fraisage des ar\u00eates (ar\u00eates vives)<\/b><\/strong>Les bords de la plaque sont frais\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'une fraiseuse afin d'obtenir la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie (biseau) et la largeur correctes de la rainure de soudure, ce qui permet d'obtenir ult\u00e9rieurement un cordon de soudure parfait.<\/li><li><strong><b> Pr\u00e9-pliage<\/b><\/strong>Les deux bords de la plaque sont pr\u00e9-pli\u00e9s au rayon du tube. Cette \u00e9tape critique permet d'\u00e9viter les m\u00e9plats \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du cordon de soudure et de garantir une excellente circularit\u00e9.<\/li><li><strong><b> JCOE Forming (Formage)<\/b><\/strong>\u00c0 l'aide d'une presse massive (proc\u00e9d\u00e9 JCOE), la plaque est estamp\u00e9e s\u00e9quentiellement en forme de \u201cJ\u201d, puis de \u201cC\u201d et enfin de \u201cO\u201d. Cette \u00e9tape permet de former le tuyau ouvert.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudure par points (piq\u00fbre et pr\u00e9-soudure)<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau ouvert est ferm\u00e9 et soud\u00e9 par points \u00e0 l'aide d'un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage \u00e0 l'arc sous gaz m\u00e9tallique (GMAW) afin de maintenir le joint en place pour le processus de soudage principal.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudure interne<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau est achemin\u00e9 vers le poste de soudage o\u00f9 <strong><b>Soudage \u00e0 l'arc submerg\u00e9 (SAW)<\/b><\/strong>est effectu\u00e9e sur le <em><i>\u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur<\/i><\/em>\u00a0de la conduite \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me multifilaire pour une p\u00e9n\u00e9tration en profondeur.<\/li><li><strong><b> Soudage externe<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau est tourn\u00e9 et la derni\u00e8re passe de soudage \u00e0 l'arc submerg\u00e9 est effectu\u00e9e sur le tube. <em><i>\u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur<\/i><\/em>, La soudure interne se superpose \u00e0 la soudure interne pour cr\u00e9er une liaison solide et unifi\u00e9e.<\/li><li><strong><b> Finition<\/b><\/strong>Le tuyau soud\u00e9 est nettoy\u00e9 en surface et d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des scories afin d'\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour l'inspection et le dimensionnement.<\/li><li><strong><b> Lissage<\/b><\/strong>Le tube passe par une machine \u00e0 redresser pour corriger toute courbure caus\u00e9e par le stress thermique pendant le soudage, assurant la conformit\u00e9 de la rectitude (par exemple, les normes API 5L).<\/li><li><strong><b> Inspection par ultrasons en ligne<\/b><\/strong>Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le automatis\u00e9 par ultrasons (AUT) scanne imm\u00e9diatement la totalit\u00e9 de la soudure pour d\u00e9tecter tout d\u00e9faut potentiel.<\/li><li><strong><b> Expansion m\u00e9canique (dilatation)<\/b><\/strong>Il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape caract\u00e9ristique des tubes LSAW de haute qualit\u00e9.
