Cette structure composite am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 la corrosion du tuyau dans des environnements difficiles.<\/p><p><strong>Appr\u00eat \u00e9poxy li\u00e9 par fusion (FBE) (\u2265 80 \u03bcm) : <\/strong>Assure la r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9collement cathodique et l'adh\u00e9rence.<\/p><p><strong>Couche adh\u00e9sive polym\u00e8re (170\u2013250 \u03bcm) : <\/strong>Lie le FBE au poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p><strong>Couche de finition en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD)<\/strong>\u00a0(1,5\u20133,0 mm) : Assure une protection m\u00e9canique et constitue une barri\u00e8re contre l'humidit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Con\u00e7u pour les environnements extr\u00eames (par exemple, en milieu sous-marin, dans des sols acides ou \u00e0 forte salinit\u00e9), il prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie des canalisations jusqu'\u00e0 \u2265 50 ans, avec un entretien quasi nul.
