FBE Steel Pipe is a corrosion-protected pipe with a thermosetting polymer layer applied through electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing (typically 200-250°C). The coating forms a chemically bonded, impermeable barrier with excellent adhesion, impact resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance. Widely used in oil/gas transmission, water pipelines, and chemical industries, FBE coating extends service life to over 30 years under harsh environments (e.g., soil, seawater).
