description
Stainless steel pipe is a high-performance piping solution known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and durability in challenging environments. Available in a precision range from 6mm (1/8″) to 630mm (24″), these pipes are produced using seamless (cold drawing/rolling) or welded (ERW/EFW) methods. They are specifically designed for industries where chemical stability and material purity are non-negotiable.
Unlike carbon steel pipes, our stainless steel products undergo specialized solution annealing and pickling to ensure a stable passive layer. This makes them ideal for long-term service (over 50 years) in corrosive, high-temperature, or strictly hygienic applications.
Product Name: Stainless Steel Pipe, Stainless Steel Tube, Inox Pipe, Duplex Steel Pipe

FAQ
Grade 304 is the standard “18/8” stainless steel for general corrosion resistance. Grade 316L contains added molybdenum, providing significantly better resistance to chlorides and acidic environments. We recommend 316L for marine, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications where higher protection is required.
Seamless pipes are ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature environments as they have no weld seam. Welded pipes (ERW/EFW) are more cost-effective for decorative, structural, and low-pressure fluid transport, often offering better dimensional accuracy for diameters up to 630mm.
Our production range for stainless steel pipe covers an outside diameter from 6mm (1/8″) up to 630mm (24″), with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 40mm (Sch 5S to Sch XXS). For larger custom diameters, please consult our technical team.
Yes. Every order is supplied with a full MTC verifying the chemical composition (Chromium, Nickel, etc.) and mechanical properties. We ensure 100% material traceability from the raw billet to the finished pipe.
We offer various finishes based on application: Pickled & Annealed for industrial use, Bright Annealed (BA) for high-purity lines, and Mechanical Polished (180# to 600# grit) for sanitary and architectural projects.
